FIFA President Sepp Blatter and FIFA Secretary General Jerome Valcke will participate in a press conference today in Zurich, which will be streamed live beginning at 9am ET.
The extraordinary FIFA Executive Committee meeting is taking place today. During the meeting, the agenda for the elective Congress will be finalized and approved. The extraordinary elective Congress will take place in Zurich on February 26, 2016.
Today’s press conference is the first public appearance by Blatter since his infamous June 2 speech where it appeared that he announced he would resign despite never saying those actual words.
