NBCSN’s critically-acclaimed documentary series entitled Premier League Behind The Badge: Crystal Palace has seen an 89% increase in the number of viewers from episode 1 to episode 2.
Episode 2, which aired on January 24 and featured footage of Crystal Palace legend Ian Wright, was watched by 195,000 viewers, an increase of 89% from the 103,000 viewers who watched the debut episode on January 17.
The second episode of the series focused on the build-up and behind-the-scenes footage to Palace’s game against Aston Villa. Despite losing 1-0 to Villa, the episode gave some great insight into how much pressure is on a goalkeeper as well as how training is such an integral component of a Premier League footballer’s week.
