Azzurri Shirts For 2009 Confederations Cup

When it comes to national team shirts, Italy’s are one of the Top 5 in popularity and style.  The Azzurri shirts for the 2009 Confederations Cup are out and all accounts are that they are a throwback to the shirts of the 1930s.  Check it out:

The 8th Confederations Cup will be held in South Africa from June 14th to 28th.  The current world champions, Italy are in Group B with CONCACAF Gold Cup champions – United States, Copa America champions – Brazil and African Cup of Nations champions – Egypt in Group B.  The shirt will be available in May.
