Grant Wahl’s book was released on July 14, 2009 in accordance with David Beckham’s return to LA Galaxy from his first loan spell at A.C. Milan. The book debuted at number nine on the New York Times Best Sellers List. Landon Donovan was interviewed in the book and was very critical of David Beckham stating he was a bad teammate who took over the team, but did not care about American soccer, MLS, or his teammates.
