Knee operation to sideline LA Galaxy’s Robbie Keane for up to 6 weeks

Los Angeles Galaxy and Ireland forward Robbie Keane will be sidelined four to six weeks after surgery on his ailing right knee, the Major League Soccer team said. The Galaxy said Keane, the club’s top scorer in the last four seasons, underwent a successful procedure in Los Angeles on Thursday.
