Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez was taken to hospital after suffering an injury while playing for Mexico against Honduras in a Gold Cup warm-up match on Wednesday night. Real Madrid have admitted signing Javier ‘Chicharito’ Hernandez from Manchester United was a “mistake”, according to Spanish journalist Melchor Ruiz. Ruiz, who works for Cadena COPE, told the Spanish radio program El Partido de las 12 that sources close to Real Madrid told him they regretted signing the on-loan Mexican striker.
