Behind The Scenes With ESPN's Coverage Of Euro 2012 [VIDEO]

Christopher Harris

Now that Euro 2012 is over, many of us in the United States will miss ESPN’s excellent coverage of the tournament. Other than the opinions of the pundits who often polarize viewers (and so they should, since they have strong opinions), it’s hard to fault ESPN’s coverage, which I thought was spectacular from beginning to end. While the coverage wasn’t as big as World Cup 2010, the attention to detail and the focus on quality was just as good.

If you want to gain a deeper appreciation of ESPN’s coverage of Euro 2012, watch the above behind-the-scenes video which shares some insight into what it took to bring the whole package together.

I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait until World Cup 2014!
