The Premier League match between Manchester City and Liverpool on Sunday, March 19 will be televised live on the over-the-air NBC network in the United States.

The match, would could have big implications on the top four in English soccer, will kick off at 12:30pm ET. The reason for the late kickoff time is due to Daylight Savings Time. It isn’t observed in England until Sunday, March 26, which means that the match will be shown at 12:30pm ET instead of 11:30am.

Soccer fans in the United States will benefit from the time change. Instead of watching it on NBCSN, anyone in the United States can watch the Citizens against the Reds via an over-the-air antenna (or on cable/satellite on NBC or Telemundo).

Currently, six teams are fighting to decide who will finish from first to fourth position in the Premier League. With only weeks remaining until the season ends, every point is massive for clubs wanting to qualify for the prestigious UEFA Champions League positions.

The over-the-air NBC network is unable to televise Premier League matches on Sunday mornings due to political and religious programming that are televised across the network.
