Germany, the current reigning World Cup champions, will be wearing new home and away jerseys during the Euro 2016 tournament in France next summer.

Similar to the leaked designs of Spain’s jerseys, Germany’s shirts for 2016 are a mixture of the classic and the experimental.

The classic is the home shirt, which is reminiscent of Germany’s 1970 World Cup shirt. The major differences are the gold World Cup winners’ badge in the middle of the shirt, and the three thin black Adidas stripes down the side of the jersey.

It’s the away jersey from Germany that’s raising all of the eyebrows, though. Germany’s away shirt for Euro 2016 features a gray and black hooped shirt with green fluorescent sleeves and a fluorescent design at the back of the neck of the jersey. The back of the neckline features the writing “Bolzen. Kicken. Pöhlen,” which refers to “street football.”

What’s experimental is that the shirt is reversible. By turning the shirt inside out, the jersey is a fluorescent green color!
