Last week, FIFA President Sepp Blatter spoke for 45 minutes to the Oxford Union at Oxford University in England.

During the discussion, Blatter impersonated Ronaldo and compared him to a commander, blamed the UK media for misrepresenting him, called himself a Robin Hood, said that FIFA was not against goal-line technology, and defends his role as FIFA President to a crowd who, at times, asked some pointed questions.

    Clearly, he’s off his rocker. This from the same man who said that “There is no systematic corruption in FIFA. That is nonsense. We are financially clean and clear”. What a nutter.
