Frank Lampard scored for Manchester City today in his final league game for the club.
Lampard scored the goal in the 31st minute against Southampton much to the delight of Lampard and his father, Frank Lampard Sr, who was in the crowd.
Manchester City finish the season in second place before getting to embark on a post-season tour of North America where they’ll play Toronto FC (on Wednesday, live on ESPN2) and Houston (on Thursday).
Lampard is expected to join up with his new club New York City FC in the coming weeks where he’ll make his MLS debut.
