For the second time in a year, ESPN+ will be increasing the price of its monthly and annual subscription service. In August 2020, ESPN+ increased from $4.99 to $5.99 per month. And beginning August 13, 2021, the price will increase per month to $6.99.

For soccer fans, $6.99 is still arguably a bargain considering the quantity and quality of games available. ESPN+ has the exclusive rights to all of the Bundesliga and LaLiga games both in English and Spanish. Plus, ESPN+ streams MLS, Championship, USL Championship, UEFA Nations League, League One, League Two, FA Cup, League Cup, Leagues Cup, US Open Cup, International Champions Cup, Eredivisie, Danish Superliga, Chinese Super League, Indian Super League, Australian A-League, Sweden’s Allsvenskan and FA Community Shield.

If you’re not already a subscriber to ESPN+, now is the time to take advantage of their annual pricing so you don’t get hit with the price increase. If you sign up to the annual plan before August 13, you can get it for $59.99 per year. Otherwise, from August 13 onwards, the annual rate is $69.99. At a $59.99 price, that works out to be $4.99 per month.

The August 13 price increase will apply to ESPN+ subscribers. The price for the Disney+ Bundle (featuring ESPN+, Disney+ and Hulu) will remain the same at $13.99 per month.
