Lille (France) (AFP) – Paul Pogba and Antoine Griezmann returned and in-form playmaker Dimitri Payet was rested for Euro 2016 hosts France’s final Group A game against Switzerland in Lille on Sunday.

Juventus star Pogba and Atletico Madrid striker Griezmann both started Wednesday’s 2-0 win over Albania on the bench, with Pogba coming on at half-time and Griezmann scoring the 90th-minute opener after entering the fray in the 68th minute.

Yohan Cabaye, Moussa Sissoko and Andre-Pierre Gignac also came into the team, with Payet, who has scored two goals, N’Golo Kante, Blaise Matuidi, Anthony Martial and Olivier Giroud dropping out.

France have already qualified for the last 16 and require a point to progress as group winners, which would see them play the third-place team in either Group C, D or E in the next round.

Switzerland coach Vladimir Petkovic made one change from the 1-1 draw against Romania, with 19-year-old Basel striker Breel Embolo taking over from Eintracht Frankfurt’s Haris Seferovic up front.

Switzerland need a point to join France in the next round, but will take over from them as group winners if they prevail.
