Arsenal home and third shirts for 2015-16 season

Photos of Arsenal’s home and third jerseys for the 2015-16 season have been leaked on the Internet.

While the home shirt for Arsenal (see below) is a traditional shirt design with a classy collar, the third shirt is dramatically different than what Gunners fans are accustomed to seeing.

For the second season of its contract with Arsenal, Puma has created two clean designs for the Gunners.

The home shirt is the traditional red shirt of Arsenal with white sleeves. But there’s a gold trim to the shirt and a buttoned-down collar that adds a degree of classiness to the design.

In addition to the gold trim, there’s a distinctive red line down the sleeves.

Here’s the leaked photograph that shows the home and third shirts for Arsenal, as well as the artist renditions of the shirts below — to see greater detail.

Arsenal’s third jersey for 2015-16 features a one-of-a-kind design with white, cyan and gold stripes in the bottom half of the shirt.

Best solution would be if our third kit consists of what is has now but remove all 3 stripes OR keep 2 stripes (Left and right) but make them two white strips and finish them under the arm pit.. thoughts? 🙂

FIFA have extended the maximum colours in a shirt from 3 to 4 (to accomodate the Germany shirt which ‘broke’ their previous rules) so the third kit is ‘permissible’ under the new rules (but still damn ugly).

    Ughhhh … we haven’t had a good 2nd kit since 2006/7.

I think the current shirt makers are dropping acid before they draw it up. Just a neutral but that is one UGLY shirt.

Yep. Glad we got this season’s… that away is terrible. I’d like to hear Puma’s rationale on that one.

The home shirt is okay but boy is that away shirt hideous. I would rather buy the current cup shirt jersey than that one.
