Everton supporter Sylvester Stallone will be making a guest appearance at half-time of today’s Everton-WBA match to film a segment for his upcoming film, as well as to give some words of encouragement to the Everton club who are badly in need of some wins to lift them up from their unlikely position of 13th in the table — just three points above relegation.

That’s 90 minutes I would like back. Everton are the new Aston Villa. No idea where their next goal is coming from. What has happened to Lukaku? He seems to need a season long loan to play well. As for west Brom, no ambition which is a Pulis trait. Happy to settle for a 0-0 when a poor Everton side was their for the taking. Not a good ad for the EPL.

The African Cup matches are more exciting than this “thriller”. I think its time to switch to Canada vs. Iceland.

I don’t know why undercutting isn’t called more in soccer. If this was basketball there would be a lot of fights and flagrant fouls.
