Ecuador National Team Head Coach Reinaldo Rueda has named his 23-man squad for the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
The biggest headline is that Segundo Castillo has been included in the squad despite picking up an injury over the weekend in a friendly against Mexico. Team doctors hope that Castillo will be fully recovered in 3 weeks. Whether or not Ecuador will still be in the tournament by then, we’ll have to wait and see since they’re in a tough group along with France, Switzerland and Honduras.
