German champions Bayern Munich play DC United this July in an exhibition game in Washington DC. For fans of Die Bayern, DC United-Bayern Munich tickets are now on sale for the game to be played at Audi Field. With a capacity of 20,000, the likelihood is that this game will sell out.

Fresh on the heels of winning a historic 10th Bundesliga title in succession, Bayern Munich are one of the top teams in Europe. In the same manner, German champions continue to strengthen their squad, and look likely to make a deep run in the UEFA Champions League next season.

As of press time, DC United-Bayern Munich tickets start at $70 for the July 20th clash.

In addition to Die Roten’s game against DC United, Bayern Munich also plays Man City on July 23. Similarly, there is the possibility of Bayern Munich playing another friendly this summer. Unconfirmed reports are that they may play in Las Vegas, Nevada.

No word yet on the Bayern Munich squad that will be traveling to the United States. But if the Bayern Munich squad is anything to go by, we can expect a ton of stars to be present. For instance, expect everyone from Thomas Muller, Manuel Neuer, Alphonso Davies, Joshua Kimmich to Jamal Musiala and others.

In addition to winning the 2021/22 Bundesliga season, Bayern Munich also picked up another honor. Die Bayern won the DFL Supercup in August 2021 to start the season in style.

Audi Field is the home of DC United. It’s a soccer-specific stadium in Buzzard Point in Washington, DC. It is the home stadium for the Major League Soccer team D.C. United. Although the current DC United squad isn’t a threat, in previous seasons the team has won 4 MLS Cup trophies.
