One of the thrills of breaking open a box of trading cards is the anticipation of finding out what’s inside.

Could it be a rookie card of a player who will go on to have a major career? Is it a base card of a player who drifts in and out of the limelight. Or could it possibly be an autograph card for one of the major stars of world football?

We recently opened a box of Champions League Topps Museum Collection, and we were flabbergasted with what we got. So much so that we even got the name of the player wrong a couple of times until we regained our composure.

Each box of the 2020/21 Topps Museum Collection promises three different types with an autograph, relic and autograph relic. The base set is 75 cards featuring top stars and young players, as well as cards featuring the “RC” designation to help draw attention to UEFA rookies.
