San Antonio vs Ft. Lauderdale Strikers Match Highlights [VIDEO]; NASL Championship Final

san-antonio-fort-lauderdale

San Antonio Scorpions defeated the Fort Lauderdale Strikers 2-1 on Saturday night to win the NASL Championship.

Playing on home turf, the Scorpions won the game with two clinically finished goals. The first, a bicycle kick by Rafael Castillo, was a beauty.

The second goal, by Billy Forbes, showed his burst of pace to open the Fort Lauderdale Strikers defense.

The Strikers pulled a goal back from Walter Ramirez in the 79th minute, but it wasn’t enough to stop San Antonio from winning their first NASL title in their history.

I just laugh when people like you are the spokesperson for people who know “better” than me what I like. Guess what? Your very wrong. Please, from now on say “I don’t care.”,not we, because I do.

Too bad the game wasn’t on a national tv platform…NASL needs the exposure…the level of play is not bad, fan base in San Antonio is solid…congrats to them!
