A photo of what appears to be Manchester City’s away shirt for the 2013-14 season has been leaked on the Internet.
The black shirt with gold trim is designed and manufactured by Nike. The shirt features a black rounded collar and what appears to be black buttons on the front of the jersey. Overall, while basic, the shirt design in my opinion is clean, unique and classy — something that City supporters would proudly wear either at a match or out at night.
An interesting feature of the shirt is that it’s a two-tone shirt. One half is black, the other half is a slightly less darker shade of black. See Nike’s similar design for Aberdeen.

Sh*t.
Well it looks like it’s laying on the bathroom floor, so it might be.
Much nicer than the retro table cloths Nike are handing your club these days to wear.
Maybe it’s the lighting, but is the shirt two different shades?
At the left sleeve too.
Yes, it is. Nike used that harlequin design in 2006: http://www.oldfootballshirts.com/img/shirts/162/aberdeen-home-football-shirt-2006-2007-s_14812_1.jpg
Nice. I like it. Wonder if shorts will be white or black.
it’s too plain.
Considering its black which is not a city colour scheme. I’d say this was obviously fake.
Seems lazy, not excited about the switch to Nike at all. Its not impressive for a company who is producing our kit for the first time. The home kit seems equally lazy, I’m not saying I don’t like simplicity but I’ve become quite accustomed to brilliant kits over the last few years. At least Umbro went out in style I guess.
My boy Paul Lukas at uniwatch calls this sort of thing “BFBS” (black for black’s sake.)
C’mon Nike, leave the marketing douchiness with Southwestern Oklahoma State or whatever other US college football program you’re going to ruin next.
City away kits should either be maroon or with the AC Milan red and black stripe look. All kinds of tradition for both, although amusingly enough it used to be a tradition way back when to wear SCARLET RED as an away/Cup strip. Yeah, that would go over today like the figurative lead balloon.
Rubbish
It’s horrible and looks well tacky and cheap, not likely to be genuine and I sincerely hope not, it’s ugly.
All,the same is ok,we the supporters will buy and wear.
