Watching a brused, battered and make-shift lineup, no Gattuso, Borriello or Nesta (yet star-studded anyway with the likes of Kaka, Ronaldiho, Pirlo) the Rossoneri performed brilliantly in front of the newcomer, besting visitors Udinese all over the pitch, in all statistics.
Young <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alexandre_Pato">Alexander Pato</a> scored two while elder Brazlian and mentor <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kak%C3%A1">Kaka</a> also scored twice and finally the Dutchman <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clarence_Seedorf">Clarence Seedorf</a> scoring the last of five for Milan off a beauty free kick from Andrea Pirlo just outside the box. The shot on goal was initially blocked by Udinese keeper Handanovic only to be redirect into the path of a charging Seedorf after hitting the post on the punch out.
