Sure, the video tour is meant to increase ticket sales by allowing fans to see where their seats would be in the ground, but it can also be used to enjoy the surroundings.
For the amount of times that I’ve praised the ground, the 360 degrees tour does show how bad some of the sightlines are in the ground. Take the tour and try “sitting” inside some of the seats near the corner of the ground. Not only is your view obstructed, but the angle that you’re sitting at makes it difficult to see what’s going on in he opposite corners of the ground.
Plus, remember, this is a view without any fans in front of you blocking your vantage point!
Still, take a tour of the ground. Take pleasure in seeing the original wooden seats that fill up most of the upper section of the Johnny Haynes Stand. Marvel at the cottage in the corner of the ground, which is best viewed from the away end.
