Eleven Sports today officially announced that it has acquired the distribution assets of One World Sports. By doing so, it marks the launch of the UK-based sports broadcaster into the United States. It’s important to stress that Eleven Sports has acquired the programming of One World Sports, but not the One World Sports company itself. According to Awful Announcing, One World Sports owes contractors hundreds of thousands of dollars. Soccer commentators JP Dellacamera and Shep Messing have teamed up to launch a brand-new soccer podcast on One World Sports entitled JP & Shep Soccer’s Pod Couple. Released every Tuesday, the weekly 40-minute podcast features Dellacamera and Messing in familiar roles. Both men have worked together on many games from the commentary booth. Just days after One World Sports elected not to extend its five-year agreement with DISH, One World Sports has been added to DirecTV’s Sports lineup on channel number 623. One World Sports renews rights to Arsenal TV with long-term deal

One World Sports today announced that is has agreed a deal with Arsenal Football Club to continue broadcasting Arsenal TV to viewers in the United States with a long-term deal.
