The first Cascadia Cup of the 2014 season kicks off today with Portland Timbers hosting Seattle Sounders in MLS action.

  1. KapUSMC says:

Was flipping back and forth between Real Madrid / Sociedad and this… Portland / Seattle has been far more entertaining. Open end to end action with plenty of chances both ways..

  2. Chris in Dallas says:

    Absolute cracker in Portland, today.

  3. Bo says:

Was a great game. Hopefully two goals spurs Dempsey into good form for this summer.

  4. R.O says:

Yes this was a very entertaining and exciting game. One of the better MLS games in a few seasons. Yes, there have been other good games but not this good.

In fact looking at this weekends MLS games at total of 28 goals were scored for 8 games. That’s a 3.5 goals per game average. Let’s hope we see more of this in the MLS.
