The entire La Liga season comes down to one game today to decide who will be crowned champions of the 2013/14 season. Atletico Madrid, who have had an incredible season under manager Diego Simeone, need only a draw or a victory to break the Barcelona-Real Madrid monopoly. But with Barcelona playing at home at Camp Nou, a win for the Blaugrana will knock Atleti off its perch, which will be a cruel way to end the season for the Madrid team.
