Complete guide to World Cup international commentaries available

One of the greatest aspects about the FIFA World Cup is how different nationalities from around the United States can enjoy the competition in a variety of languages. At the end of the day during the World Cup, we all speak the same language called soccer. But for those of you who want to listen to commentaries in different languages in the United States as we all watch the tournament, there are several options to choose from.

Note: All packages that include Sling World Sports as a bonus will also receive the French and Portuguese feeds with the Sling World Sports package. This includes every Sling International package, regardless of language.

Watch the World Cup in any of these languages:

Brazilian Portuguese – All 64 World Cup matches live with Brazilian Portuguese commentary plus Brazilian programming for $25/month. Includes Sling World Sports as a bonus.

Arabic – All 64 World Cup matches live with Arabic commentary plus Arabic programming for $25/month. Includes Sling World Sports as a bonus.

Polish – All 64 matches live with Polish commentary plus Polish programming for $30/month. Includes Sling World Sports as a bonus.

French – All 64 World Cup matches live with French commentary plus French programming for for $15/month. Includes Sling World Sports as a bonus.

English – With Sling Blue, you can watch 26 of the World Cup games on FS1. Plus if your local FOX network is available via Sling Blue, you can also watch the other 38 World Cup matches. Sling Blue is $25/month.

If your local FOX station is owned and operated by FOX, which is the case in most major cities, you’ll also have access to five bonus feeds via the above Sling TV streaming service.

Those 5 feeds will include:

• 2 team feeds with English audio (with FOX announcers),
• 1 360 feed with natural audio (i.e. no commentary feed)
• 1 cable cam with natural audio (i.e. no commentary feed)
• 1 highlight feed with natural audio (i.e. no commentary feed)

During the final days of the Group Stage when there are games being played at the same time, there are 5 duplicate feeds available so you can have the 5 bonus feeds for each separate game.

Even if your country isn’t in the World Cup, you can watch the World Cup in your language and also enjoy all of the other channels that are available from news and entertainment to kids programming and other sports.

View all of the different World Cup and foreign language options available via Sling TV.
