Man City eyeing Beasley

My favorite English team, Manchester City is in negotiations with PSV to bring one of my favorite players DeMarcus Beasley in as the new the left winger for City. Beasley has been riding the pine this year in Holland and with the transfer deadline a few hours away, Stuart Pearce is desperate to make a move to bolster the team.

UPDATE: THE TRANSFER DEADLINE HAS PASSED AND DEMARCUS BEASLEY IS NOW A MEMBER OF THE CITIZENS. CITEH AND PSV COULD NOT AGREE ON A PURCHASE PRICE SO INSTEAD PSV HAS LOANED CITEH BEASLEY FOR THE YEAR.

  1. The Three Lions says:

Beasley is awaiting a physical and is Manchester at the moment. If he passes the physical the transfer will be completed in the next few hours I am told.

  2. Hat Trick Peter Crouch says:

You must be a happy lad, kartik. The deal has been completed. Beasley is now a CITEH man.

  3. Kartik says:

I’m thrilled! The deal is done!

  4. Xavier says:

Good to see Beasley in the EPL.

  5. Federico says:

The most important thing is that Beasley regain his confidence. He has had serious issues since before the World Cup.

Eddie Johnson served him a sitter in one of the tuen up matches and he made a mess of it. He served a liovely ball to Dempsey to create a goal vs Ghana but was MIA the rest of the match. He is too inconsistent just like Donovan.
