Everton Launch Away Shirt for the 2013-14 Season: Official [PHOTOS]

Everton have unveiled their new away shirt for the 2013-14 season.

Designed by Nike, Everton’s away shirt is a unique style and color combination for them. The shirt fuses together the famous blue from the Everton home with yellow, which has often been a change color for Everton as recent as the 2011-12 season.

For me, the first impression of the new Everton away shirt is that it reminds me of the shirt for Club America, the Mexican league team. Still, the design will be unique to the Premier League.

Phil Jagielka modeled the shirts poolside in Miami, where the team is getting ready for their 5th place final in the International Champions Cup tonight.

Here are the photos and video from the shoot:

  1. I think it’s a terrific color combination. Really sharp.

    Good job Blues.

I’m big on the yellow this season. The new Juventus kit is also pretty stellar.

    1. I was diggin the Juve away as well. Everton’s not so much. It looks like Boca Jrs to me. And foremost, isn’t a second, or away strip, supposed to be used when your first strip conflicts with the opponents? “Oh – we can’t wear blue at Chelsea, let’s wear blue with yellow then.”

Juve wears black and white, so thier yellow second strip makes sense, see how that works Everton?

  2. It’s a beautiful shirt but as the others have said, probably a tad too much blue for an Everton away shirt. I guess their 3rd shirt will become more relevant this season.

  3. Nice colors like my loved team in Chile, Everton de viña del mar, Chile. These colors came from the gold and sky. Everton por siempre
