Newcastle United suffered a massive blow today when it was revealed that Dutch goalkeeper Tim Krul has suffered an injury that will keep him out of action for five weeks. These are the sort of changes that could damage a club’s chances of avoiding relegation.
Alan Pardew will rely on Newcastle United backup goalkeeper Rob Elliott to step into Krul’s shoes.
