Portland Timbers Fans Sing the National Anthem: Video

One of the things that makes me proud of being an American citizen is how proud the people are of its flag and country, and how passionate they get when they sing their national anthem.

A perfect example of this was from Thursday night when the Portland Timbers supporters sang one of the best national anthems I’ve ever heard at a soccer game. Watch the above video and judge it yourself.

What better way to sell your team to neutral Americans then by singing the American National Anthem? Portland Timbers running for President in 2012.
