West Ham United has unveiled their new home shirt for the 2010/11 season.

Designed and manufactured by Macron, the shirt is a combination of retro and modern. It features a retro turn-down collar, as well as the Hammers symbol both at the bottom of the collar and on the back. The claret shirt features blue sleeves and the sponsor’s name on the front of the shirt.

Macron and West Ham United have made the wise decision to stick to a formula with this shirt. They’ve created a shirt that is West Ham United through and through. Something that supporters can be proud of. And something that is very recognizable as being a Hammers shirt.

  1. I’ve been spoiled with Umbro kits. Hard to judge overall until I wear it for the frist time. As far as looks, brilliant!!!

  2. I’ve opened a fantasy footie account for West Ham fans on the Premier League Fantasy Football site.

I would like to see as many West Ham fans take part as possible in one league. Normally, the West Ham fans are very fragmented in this competition.

    It is free to join.
    The website is:

And the league ID to enter once registered for the West Ham United league is:
    14303-5627
    Good luck

  3. looks good. Ijust wish the club could / would put the Bobby Moore Fund on the front of the adult sized shirts!

  4. Patrick, last year’s kit was not a disgrace. However – it’s nice to see the Hammers return to their traditional scheme. Good effort from Macron, not a big fan of the shoulder logos, I hope it’s more fitted that it looks.
