Barcelona’s Ronaldinho has reportedly agreed initial terms with Italian giants AC Milan, according to his brother and agent Roberto de Assis. Ronaldinho is out of action for the rest of the season with injury but is said to be disillusioned with life at the Nou Camp and keen for a move.

Rivals Inter as well as English Premier League club Manchester City were reported to have been chasing the 28-year-old Brazillian megastar. Inter’s President Massimo Moratti told Italian paper Corriere dello Sport that the club would fight AC Milan for the signature of Ronaldinho.

Meanwhile AC Milan have also been working hard to bring back old favourite Andriy Shevchenko back to the club. The Ukrainian has had a miserable time since leaving to join Chelsea in 2006, and is reported to have made an emotional phone call to AC manager Carlo Ancelotti earlier this week, in which he coaxed the coach to re-sign him.

Both players are expected to cost just in excess of 20 million euros each.
