Hi Everybody (EPL Talk Preview Podcast)

Plenty of great news for the EPL this week. It means that there is jubilation on the podcast for the podders: you too. Chelsea go through in the Champions League and the FA Cup is on the way to Wembley: derby time.

With the war of words intensifying between the managers and Patrick Viera, Dan Roan has been banned from Man City media and Mario decided to drop in on Italian football.

Of course, the weekend matches provide huge opportunities to gain ground in the league and with United not playing until Monday, City can make things more interesting. Don’t agree? Join the conversation. Tweet along with the tweet along with the podcast and give us your views for the next show:

Fair enough…we’ll see what happens tomorrow.

Roberto Martinez had some fans in the dressing room quizzing him for an hour in an open question session, where we could ask anything about the club. It was to thank fans for their recent exemplary support. I had the privilege of being there.

Nice nonsense about Wigan, losing one in 7 and right off the back of going to Anfield and winning is an absolute sign of a team caught in the headlights.

      Thorpyness,

Apologies. If I am honest I completly forgot about Wigan beating Liverpool – although you have to wonder how much of an achievment thatis these days.

I had in my head their performance against West Brom where nothing would fall their way and the defeat athome to Swansea when they were simply outplayed. But yes you are correct the performance at Anfield does give them a lot more hope than I credited them with. That said I still think they will go down.

      Thanks,

      Matt
