B/R Live to merge into Bleacher Report app, but will it be too late for soccer fans?

As the competitive market of OTT (over-the-top) streaming services continues to grow, Bleacher Report is making plans to stay in the race. Unfortunately, by the time the process may be completed, their advantage against the field may be gone. B/R Live General Manager and Turner Sports Senior Vice President of Digital Hania Poole told Sports Business Journal that the company are in the mid-stages of merging B/R Live into the Bleacher Report app. Reportedly, the process can take up to two years to complete. Asif Kapadia’s trilogy of documenting child geniuses and fame comes to an end with Diego Maradona. The film focuses on the Argentinian’s Napoli years and does an excellent job chronicling Maradona’s tumultuous time in Italy.
