Man City vs Bayern Munich tickets

If you haven’t heard yet, Man City vs Bayern Munich tickets are now on sale for a game to be played at Lambeau Field. The historic home of the Green Bay Packers will host the UEFA Champions League semifinalists Manchester City. The English giants will face the current German champions for the USA Cup.

Scheduled for July 23, expectations are that tickets for Manchester City against Bayern Munich will sell out quickly. It is the first-ever soccer match to be played at the historic American football stadium. Expect weekend activities scheduled around the game to be announced in the coming months.

Held in Green Bay, Wisconsin, the Manchester City versus Bayern Munich match kicks off at 7PM ET.

This will be the second meeting between the clubs on U.S. territory. In 2018, Man City defeated Bayern Munich 3-2 in an International Champions Cup match held in Miami.

With a capacity of 81,441, Lambeau Field is a famous stadium in NFL. Nicknamed the “Frozen Tundra,” the stadium was the site of one of the most famous NFL games. That was the “Ice Bowl” of 1967 when temperatures dipped to -13 degrees Fahrenheit.

In other matches this summer, Bayern Munich plays DC United on July 20. That same day, Manchester City faces Club América in Houston.

Manchester City and Bayern Munich are not the only teams coming to the United States. This summer, other clubs playing exhibition games include Chelsea, Arsenal, the Liga MX all-star team, Club América, Deportivo Cali, America De Cali and others.

With due respect for the owners of this great website, WST should remember this is not only a website for UK fans (or is it?). “… the Green Bay Packers will host the UEFA Champions League semifinalists Manchester City. The English giants will face the current German champions for the …” should be more like: “… the Green Bay Packers will host the SIX times UEFA Champions League WINNERS Bayern München. The German Juggernaut will face the 2021 UEFA Champions League runner-up for the …”. Bayern can play against a USL team and that stadium will be full packed.

“With all due respect….” , normally that is followed by some type of insult. Although I understand your POV, don’t get so butthurt about it. In the end, Premier League is more popular than the bundesliga, even if you don’t agree, and stuff happens often. Lighten up, dude. Take a chill pill!!!
