if Drury/Beglin are on LCFC-ManU, then it must be Proudfoot + Townsend/Holland for Arsenal-Chelsea on the world feed?
Is Steve Banyard coming back to the EPL. Miss him as a Premier League commentator
He does the world-feed of select Serie A matches that you can hear/watch on ESPN+. He hasn’t done the Premier League in years unfortunately.
Whatever happened to Clive Tyldesley?
who has world feed for arsenal-chelsea
Sorry that the Jon Champion engagement was one week only, but it was a treat. Missing Tony Jones these days as he recovers from cancer surgery. Hopefully he’ll have a speedy recovery.
actually who is commentating over in the UK for Prime Video? don’t they carry Boxing Day fixtures?
@RJB – He does regular radio commentary for talkSport in the UK and also does the Prime Video games for UK viewers in December.
@Edward – Not this year because it falls on a Saturday so it’s been treated as a regular weekend round. The Amazon round of fixtures has moved from today to Monday 28th – Wednesday 30th December.
Chris, do you expect the 24/7 PL channel to be blacked out tonight (i.e. Matchday Live Extra)? It seems like NBCSN has football shows until 3am
Looks like Peacock has blacked out the Premier League TV channel whenever they have Premier League programming on NBCSN at the same time.
Why do you call ‘Egyptian’ about a player? Shameful, you haven’t learnt anything. Do you call the players by nationality? Change your attitude. You are not a colonial power!!!
This man is unfit to be a commentator, get rid of him. I am watching Liverpool vs WBA in USA!
Watched a bit of 1st half of Liverpool and WBA. The announcers were constantly gushing about Liverpool’s domination without ever mentioning it was clearly a tactical decision by WBA to keep 10 defenders back that allowed Liverpool all that possession.
See that all the time in Serie A when an overmatched club facing someone top of the table. The commentary here seemed amateurish in the short time I viewed.
Glad to check the score now to see WBA ended up tying it late and the tactics paid off, got the point they were likely striving for.
