Most-watched soccer games on US TV for October 28-November 3, 2019

Toronto FC’s victory over Atlanta United in the Eastern Conference Final was FOX Sports 1’s most-watched MLS match in over two years, and only the second match in 2019 to average more than 300,000 viewers on the network. Over on ESPN’s networks, the Western Conference final averaged a combined 661,000 viewers across ESPN and ESPN Deportes. After ten broadcasts, the 2019 Major League Soccer playoffs averaged 260,900 viewers on English-language cable.

Telemundo’s coverage of the 2019 FIFA U17 World Cup is scoring impressive numbers, averaging 255,000 viewers through the broadcast networks first 6 group stage matches. Mexico’s 8-0 demolition of the Solomon Islands averaged a very impressive 430,000 viewers on Telemundo, the largest audience for a match on Telemundo since the Copa América.

Univision’s broadcast of Santos Laguna’s 2-1 victory over Club América averaged 1.2 million viewers, becoming the eighth Liga MX broadcast on Univision to break 1 million viewers in the 2019 Apertura and the 26th in calendar year 2019.
