BR Live may be the worst streaming service out there. I play for it but yet I can’t watch a replay of the Arsenal match because I work a normal job. I tried calling their customer service about it but they close at 4. What a total waste of money and way to disadvantage their customers.

Even if you don’t work a normal job (like me) and were able to watch live, you wouldn’t have been able to see the first 25-30 minutes because they didn’t have a stream! People on Twitter seemed to not be getting any responses about this at the time, and it’s clear that’s affected the replay’s availability (it normally would be up, and I do appreciate that they let you hide spoilers–beneficial for me if Arsenal ever get back to playing on Wednesdays).

I was actually looking forward to going back and watching the brilliant beginning of this game, but I see that’s not possible through the means I paid for. Really embarrassing customer service.
