In the prespa agreement (as illegal as it may be) it says that in no way should the term “North Macedonian” be used to describe a person or anything.
so in the case above, you could write:
“North Macedonia’s Skendija” or “Macedonians Skendija” but absoulutly not the way you have written it. The Republic of Macedonia added a geographical feature to its name. This does not apply to it’s people. They always were, are and always will be Macedonian
