With less than one month remaining in the Premier League season and two points separating the top two teams, NBC Sports presents 14 matches in a five-day stretch, starting this Saturday, April 20 with second-place Manchester City v. third-place Tottenham at 7:30 a.m. ET on NBCSN and Universo. Famed English sports broadcaster Clive Tyldesley will call the match, joined by Lee Dixon.
Defending champion Manchester City look to reclaim the Premier League title with wins in their five remaining games, while Tottenham aim to solidify a place in the top-4. Only three points separate Tottenham and sixth-place Manchester United, as four teams look to lock up a spot in next season’s Champions League by finishing top-4 in the Premier League.
Premier League coverage continues Saturday, April 20 at 10 a.m. ET with four matches across NBC Sports. NBCSN presents Wolverhampton Wanderers v. Brighton & Hove Albion, and CNBC presents West Ham v. Leicester City. All four teams look to rebound after losses, with high stakes for Brighton & Hove Albion, who are still not safe from relegation.
In addition, NBC Sports Gold presents Bournemouth v. Fulham, and Huddersfield v. Watford. NBC Sports Gold’s “Premier League Pass” is available for $19.99. Fans can purchase the discounted pass here.
Saturday’s coverage concludes with Newcastle v. Southampton at 12:30 p.m. ET on NBC. Separated by two points towards the bottom of the table, both teams look to remain above the relegation zone. Arlo White calls the match, joined by Graeme Le Saux.
Sunday’s coverage begins with Premier League Mornings at 7:30 a.m. ET, followed by Everton v. Manchester United on NBCSN and Telemundo. Paul Pogba and Manchester United look to collect three important points to remain in contention for a top-4 finish.
At 11 a.m. ET, Cardiff City host first-place Liverpool on NBCSN and Telemundo. Mohamed Salah and Liverpool look to keep their hopes alive towards securing their first-ever Premier League title. White calls the match, joined by Le Saux.
Also at 11 a.m., fourth-place Arsenal host Crystal Palace on NBC Sports Gold. Arsenal jumped back into the top-4 this week after a narrow 1-0 win over Watford.
NBC Sports’ Premier League coverage continues into next week, with Chelsea v. Burnley on Monday, April 22 at 3 p.m. ET on NBCSN. Fifth-place Chelsea look to jump back into the top-4 after a difficult loss to Liverpool.
On Tuesday, April 23, at 2:45 p.m. ET, NBCSN presents Tottenham v. Brighton & Hove Albion and NBC Sports Gold presents Watford v. Southampton. Midweek coverage concludes on Wednesday, April 24 with Wolverhampton Wanderers v. Arsenal at 2:45 p.m. ET on NBC Sports Gold and a highly anticipated Manchester Derby at Old Trafford, beginning at 3 p.m. ET on NBCSN.
Rebecca Lowe hosts Premier League Mornings, Premier League Live, and Goal Zone, joined by former Jamaica National Team player Robbie Earle and former U.S. Men’s National Team midfielder Kyle Martino.

I had the impression that Derek Rae would be stepping into the early Saturday games for NBC but lately it seems to be Clive Tyldesley. I enjoy them both but I’m curious as to what happened.

Derek’s been traveling a lot so he hasn’t been in the UK as much lately.

That guy stays incredibly busy. He was in LA prepping for the Womens WC, then headed back to Europe after Easter, according to his twitter posts

Note that NBC Sports Group has moved Ahmed Fareed from NBC Sports Bay Area (Downtown San Francisco) to NBC Sports Group HQ (in Stamford, Connecticut) to take over the hosting duties of Premier League on many weekdays (when Rebecca Lowe is “home” in Sacramento or Southampton) and Rugby.
When will NBC need Derek Rae again? Who knows?

Arsenal is in the Europa League semi final & fighting for the 3rd place in the Premier League. The game needs to be shown on CNBC.
