It’s hard to describe what Arsenal’s away shirt for the 2018/19 season looks like. You can browse through the leaked images below (courtesy of FootyHeadlines), but to put them into words is quite difficult given how unique and dark the design is.
The closest I can describe it as is dark modern art. It appears that Puma and Arsenal wanted a dark kit but with a difference.
The very dark navy kit features a red textured design that looks unlike anything else we’ve seen. It’s supposedly the last season that Puma will be designing and manufacturing the Arsenal kits, so it appears to be a strange choice for the away shirt in what could be their final season as partners.
Still, perhaps this Arsenal away shirt design will look better in person? We will have to wait and see.
