It was only available on ESPN3, which in my area (the central Carolinas) is an online-only streaming channel. I can get it (and did watch both semi-final matches) by going to the ESPN3 website and signing-in with a previously setup account from my regional Internet Service Provider. I do seem to recall that a previous match in this competition may have also been shown on ESPN2, a traditional “Cable-TV” channel (i.e. one not requiring access via broadband Internet connection).
