Another round of the annual summer friendlies has come and gone. And as has been the case for the last several years, they have been a smashing success both in terms of attendance at the games and people watching on TV.

This summer saw three of the biggest clubs in the world in the US for preseason action as Barcelona, Real Madrid and Manchester United all made their presence felt. But plenty of other clubs were here as well including Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester City, Swansea City, AS Roma, Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain.

In addition to the European clubs, a number of Liga MX teams played games here. Some of these games were against MLS teams, others were against other non-American teams and some of them were against lower division American teams.
