Norway v. England
5 PM – FOX Sports 1
Lansdowne Stadium – Ottawa

With an impressive end to Norway’s Group Stage, they enter this knockout round game with some momentum.

England won the final two games of the Group Stage. They might not have been big impressive wins but they should not feel like underdogs entering into this knockout round.

England’s defense is going to have to stay focused for a full 90 minutes in order to keep the score lines close. Goalkeeper Karen Bardsley allowed two goals in stoppage time during their Group Stage and will need a solid defense in front of her throughout the match.

Norway did not make it out of the Group Stage four years ago and are looking for their second World Cup title in Canada this summer. If they want to progress to the quarter-finals, they are going to have to use their midfield to keep the pressure on England and force Bardsley to make saves.
