Which Team Do You Love To Hate The Most? [POLL]

Everyone has an opinion and we’d like to get yours in order to find out what is the one team you love to hate the most. Any team, any league, any confederation. You must have one. The team you love to see lose. The team you always want your club to beat. In a massive way.

As a Swansea City supporter, the likely answer for me is Cardiff City. But they’re not even in the same league anymore, so they’re just like an annoying puppy. For me, though, the team I love to hate the most is Queens Park Rangers. That’s not because of the way they play football, but it’s the way they’ve conducted their business.

Swansea and QPR got promoted to the Premier League in time to play in the 2011/12 season. But since then, Swansea have spent £68 million in transfers while QPR have spent £107 million — 57% more (and don’t even get me started on wages). In those years from 2011 to now, Swansea have zero debt (QPR amassed debt of £65 million in the 2012/13 season alone), and the Swans are comfortably in the top half of the league while QPR are in the relegation pack yet again. Plus, the Swans have a vision and a playing style that will give them long term success (building on their 2013 League Cup trophy and last season’s impressive Europa League results). To top it all off, don’t forget that the R’s got relegated at the end of the 2012/13 season before returning this season.

But what about you? Who is the team you love to hate the most? Tell us in the comments section below or on our social media platforms on TwitterGoogle+Facebook and Reddit. And tell us why, too.

Any team coached by Jose Mourinho. Hypocrite extraordinaire.

I would have to agree with mourinho’s teams. I am a villa fan and when he tried to do his “well we are up by two, i can do a disrectful handshake” it was infuriating and so condescending. I was hoping Pardew would have shook his hand 4 min before time when NUFC beat them the other day. would have been epic.

Well I didnt like when he called NUFC out for time wasting, talking about the way to do it is on the pitch not off it. Seems he forgot him and Gerrard almost coming to blows on the sidelines last year when he wouldnt let Liverpool have the ball for a throw in.

Who doesn’t love a hate post? Up until Newscastle beat Chelsea a couple weeks ago, my “hate team” for the season was the Blues… there can only be one “Invincibles” and they’re certainly not coached by Dirtbag Jose. Now, I could care less… Chelsea are much like the annoying puppy as mentioned in the original post; I’ll write this season off and hope for better things next year.

In terms of perennial hatred, I’d have to go with Manchester United… straight results with little to no beauty of play, and generally the best team money can buy (although LVG has impressed in his development of the talent at hand). I never said hatred and respect were mutually exclusive.

Fair enough, but my natural curiosity is calling for further justification…

Just the smugly superior self satisfied nature of the club and it’s manager.

Liverpool, Barca, Spurs, Arsenal, and ManU.

Barcelona. The arrogant, “we do it the only right way” mentality; then when they compound that with blatant cheating on and off the pitch, and the constant favouritism they receive from UEFA (along with Bayern)–it completely grinds my gears.

Rangers Football CLub, bunch of cheats. The lot got what they deserved.
