The 2013/14 Capital One Cup final between Manchester City and Sunderland kicks off this Sunday at Wembley Stadium in London. The match will be televised live around the world, including on beIN SPORTS and DishWorld in the United States.

I’ve been bombarded by e-mails this week from soccer fans worrying that the final wouldn’t be shown on US television or Internet. Despite the schedule on the beIN SPORTS website listing a Serie A match, I’ve had it confirmed by beIN SPORTS that the League Cup Final between Manchester City and Sunderland will, in fact, be shown live this Sunday.

The Capital One Cup final between Manchester City and Sunderland will be shown live on Sunday on beIN SPORTS, beIN SPORTS Espanol, DishWorld and beIN SPORTS Play. The broadcast begins at 8:30am ET, and the match kicks off at 9am ET.

Programming note: Even if you don’t have a TV subscription to beIN SPORTS or beIN SPORTS Espanol, you can access those channels via online streaming service DishWorld for $10/month. Read our review of DishWorld. And sign up for DishWorld via their website.

Sunday’s League Cup Final will give both Manchester City and Sunderland a chance to be the first English football team this season to win a piece of silverware.
