Sepp Blatter’s Bizarre Address to Oxford University: Full Speech [VIDEO]

Last week, FIFA President Sepp Blatter spoke for 45 minutes to the Oxford Union at Oxford University in England.

During the discussion, Blatter impersonated Ronaldo and compared him to a commander, blamed the UK media for misrepresenting him, called himself a Robin Hood, said that FIFA was not against goal-line technology, and defends his role as FIFA President to a crowd who, at times, asked some pointed questions.

A video featuring his complete speech and discussion is now available. Here it is:

Clearly, he’s off his rocker. This from the same man who said that “There is no systematic corruption in FIFA. That is nonsense. We are financially clean and clear”. What a nutter.
