With Sir Alex Ferguson edging closer and closer to retirement (it has to happen sooner or later, right), Manchester United announced today that it will be erecting a statue of Ferguson outside the Sir Alex Ferguson Stand at Old Trafford later this month.
While the above pictured statue isn’t the final design (thanks to talkSPORT for their humorous Photoshop image), it should be interesting to see what it’ll look like. Ferguson of young, or Ferguson of old? We’ll find out soon.
