John Terry Defends Slovenia Shot With Diving Header: Video

Out of all of the soccer games you’ve seen in person or on television, how many times have you seen a player move his head out of the way to avoid getting pummeled by a shot that looks like it’s going to hit him? For me, it’s been too many times to count. At that velocity, the ball is going to sting and hurt someone. But some defenders put their body on the line and do everything they can for their club or country.

That’s exactly the case with John Terry who heroically attempted to defend an onslaught from Slovenia where they had three clear-cut chances in quick succession to score, but on the second attempt, Terry dived down low across the ground and attempted to block the shot with his diving header. In an almost salmon-like move, Terry failed to reach the ball and it ended up ricocheting off Glen Johnson’s leg. But it was John Terry’s effort that should be applauded and it shows glimmers of the best of him from previous World Cup and European Championship tournaments when he was at the top of his game.

As a member of Fifa, i can confirm that none of the above statements made by Jeffary Hodes are correct and that Thomas Edwards is a world class footballer, along with Mitchell Ford and Jacob Grimsdell.

Why is Thomas Edwards talking to himself. If you look at the two comments there both from him so his report on mitchell ford and jacob grimsdell saying there pleased to play must be fake. He must have learning difficulties and must have still been recieving anal from his dog milo when he commented on the website. I have also heard that he likes to get his sister invloved when he is receiving anal from his dog, a report said he likes her to play with his testicles.

Well when i went do Derby They were the quitest crowd i have ever seen And at the Hawthornes soon shut up when they went 3-1 down. Mitchell Ford and Jacob Grimsdell have released a statement saying they are extremlely pleased to be joining a club like west bromwich albion as they are considered on the best in Europe.

This is a move i didnt want to make i was forced into this move by my previous manager at rolleston. I would not choose this club to play for becasue of the lack of support from the virgin crowd, I feel PRIDE PARK or ST JAMES’S PARK have a much better atmosphere and i dream to play in a stadium that is full unlike THE HAWTHORNES. I am currently recieving anal from my dog milo he is black and thats how i like it. x

mitchell ford and jacob grimsdell isnt as good as Thomas Edwards who is in the Stretton Giants reserve squad and have scored 3 hat-tricks in 2 games in the pre-season friendly’s. They are still able to play for england and are holding talks with the F.A and are expected to be playing in the 2012 euro’s as they have proven to be better than emile heskey (very hard) and are currently teaching wayne rooney how to hit the target. They have also been linked with moves to burton albion for an undisclosed fee but estimated to be around the £13 -£14 million mark with first team play garenteed and captaincy for Thomas Edwards, chelsea have also been linked with the superstar pair but do not have the funds to pay there wages.

Most of these comments had me cracking up. Phil is the only one in touch with reality.

Terry personifies the England team: “passion” and lots of running around, but without any intelligence.

Funny seeing so many of Chelsea’s rivals over-exaggerate about his comments from the other day and then stay quiet about his good performance today

After that replay they showed David James shouting something.

If you try to lip read, it looks like he’s saying something along the lines of, “…that was ‘effing amazing”.

Admire the bravery and passion, but that sort of defending is a handball waiting to happen (the way his arms are outstretched).

Johnson is keeping his handing inside the frame of his body so he doesn’t concede a penalty (as well as protecting his nads).

The only thing Glenn Johnson’s worried about are his nads!

Fantastic, That’s the kind of stuff that will take us far in this tourney, putting your body on the line for the cause.
John Terry has just reminded me why he was considered one of the best defenders in the world a few years back.
