Two more photographs have been leaked of what is reportedly Manchester United’s new away jersey for the 2009/2010 season.
The black shirt with blue trim is designed and manufactured by Nike and is a similar design to the new home jersey except for the color changes.
The above two images are feature an almost identical jersey to a photograph of one that was leaked a couple of months ago. Manchester United fans may not be too bemused by the addition of sky blue to their kit especially considering that their cross-city rivals Manchester City are renowned for wearing their sky blue color.

home and away shirt sucks ass, mexico used a similar style some 4-5 years ago. plus cant wait for a new sponsor on united’s shirt, people dont like AIG anymore since financial scandal.

Not a bad idea having a kit in black and blue! just reminds me of how Liverpool left united feeling after the 4-1 drubbing. The red shirts in the first picture look better.

well, the jersey is only gonna be judged on it’s colour and design. i preferred white across the chest than blue.

Hideous. Looks like something your mother would have made you wear in the 90’s

That’s pretty dodgy. Hope against hope, that’s a training kit.
The one from this article would have been aces:

doubt the away shirt will be another chevron design, kinda weird to have two kits of the same design but different colour for the season.

well, the jersey is only gonna be judged on it’s colour and design, not much else we can comment on. i believe that white off black would be nicer and represent utd’s colours better. maybe there is gonna be a new white strip so they chose blue instead, i don’t know.

Hey whats up Fred? How old are you and I see you live real far away from me. I live in Florida in the United States. I am 24 years old and I am die hard Manchester United fan. Hope to hear from you. Do you really like the New Away Jersey? I just ordered the New Home Jersey, it should be in early August. Well take Care.

man united have had a long history of having a blue away or third shirt. however the blue was always more of a royal rich blue, like evertons shirts. having the sky blue really is a slap in the face i think. its the one shade of blue that really is tough to swallow. with the AIG saga and the sky blue, this might be the first shirt in years i dont purchase

Are you serious, squabbling over colours? It has a Manchester United crest on it, enough said.

I’ll admit I was hoping for red accross the chest, than blue. Or, a white tope with red across.

However, City always seem to have an away strip that includes red, black, and white, so what is the big deal? I feel there are always clubs with away colours that mirror their close rivals.
